Orders in the U.S. will be processed in 1-7 business days, and shipped via USPS First Class Mail or UPS Ground with standard delivery in 3 Business Day average.
PREORDERS
BEFORE YOU ORDER! Products on pre-order/Pre-release are in production and will generally ship in about 2-3 weeks unless otherwise noted.
STICKERS
Stickers and decals may ship separately from apparel and accessories utilizing First Class Mail without tracking.
DOMESTIC
We ship all U.S. orders via First Class Mail or UPS shipping for the best price. This shipping guarantees a minimal wait and tracking, so you know exactly when your spookiness will arrive!
INTERNATIONAL
International orders are shipped via USPS. Estimate of a 10-14 day delivery on most locations. We ship everywhere in the world with an address.

Do you offer free shipping?
We wish all orders could ship free, but unfortunately, we haven’t worked out trans-dimensional teleportation yet. All orders over $45 dollars will automatically receive free shipping.
What’s the status of my order?

What happens if I receive the wrong size, the item is defective, or damaged?
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue. Please write us an e-mail via our contact page or shop@punkinboi.com so we can resolve the issue! All damaged/incorrect order cases must be started within seven (7) days of package arrival. Not responsible for damages occurred when running/hiding/dodging from scareactors.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Generally speaking we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. We do understand that things happen, and products can arrive damaged or might not fit as expected. In the event a product is damaged or doesn’t fit, please notify us within seven (7) days of the package arrival. We will work with you on a an individual basis to exchange the product. We encourage you to use the sizing charts for reference when ordering and washing instructions for washing tips. We are not able to process any request submitted more than seven days after package delivery.
